Yes, on the eTicket click ‘Send Ticket’ then input the moviegoer’s complete name and email address. (*Please take note that the recipient should also have a ClickTheCity account registered to his/her email address), then click ‘Send’.

Yes, as long as the movie has advance tickets already on sale.

  • Your ClickTheCity eTicket will be generated.
  • An eTicket confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • If you did not get either the eTicket or the Email, you can email us at helpdesk@clickthecity.com with subject Tickets so we can check it for you.

Yes, you can reserve and pay cash at the cinema via "Reservation Only / Cash" payment option. However, this payment option is ONLY available for:

  • Ayala Malls Cinemas, except for Vertis North / Bonifacio High Street / Ayala Center Cebu / Manila Bay / Central Bloc / Capitol Central Bacolod.
     
  • And, you must have a SureSeats account. You may create / register your account by visiting SureSeats website. Please be sure to use the same email address that you registered on your ClickTheCity account.
     
  • Lastly, the "Reservation Only / Cash" payment option is available at least 2 hours before the movie showtime.

Please claim your ticket as early as possible. Your reservation will expire and will be released for sale 45 minutes BEFORE the start of the show.

Please be advised that "No-Shows" for reservations that are not properly "Cancelled" are recorded. One (1) forfeiture will result in your being LOCKED-OUT from SureSeats ticket reservation system.

No. Senior Citizen discount is not honored for on-line transactions, but you can avail of the discount over-the-counter since they assign priority lanes for Senior Citizens. (This rule also applies to MTRCB, Season Pass, Complimentary Pass, Production pass, PWD ID)

Verified mobile number is required to purchase tickets. Confirmation code is sent via SMS to your mobile number upon account creation. To verify your mobile number:

  • Open the app, then tap the icon on the upper-right
  • Tap ‘Verified Number’, check if your registered mobile number is correct
  • Tap ‘Send Verification Code’, the code will be sent via SMS
  • Enter the code, then tap ‘Confirm’

Website / Mobile Site:

  • Go to ClickTheCity, then click your Name (upper-right)
  • Click ‘Verify Mobile Number’
  • Enter your Confirmation Code, then click ‘Confirm’
  • If you did not receive the Confirmation Code via SMS, click ‘Resend’
  • Enter your mobile number, then click ‘Resend’
  • The Confirmation Code will be sent via SMS
  • Enter the Code, then click ‘Confirm’
  • Go to ClickTheCity website, then Sign-in to your account.
  • Click your Name (upper-right), then click 'Tickets'
  • Click your purchased ticket, you may print your ticket by clicking 'Print Ticket'
  • Please report this issue by sending an email to helpdesk@clickthecity.com, please include the Brand / Model / OS Version of your device and briefly describe how the app crashes.

Cancellation of purchased tickets depends on the cinema’s respective terms and conditions below.

  1. Ayala Cinemas
    1. MPass Customers can cancel their ticket transaction 1 hour before the selected movie screening date and time. The transaction amount will be credited back to their MPass account.
    2. Credit Card Customers can cancel their ticket transaction 1 hour and 30 minutes before the selected movie screening date and time. (*Note: Reversal will take effect within 7 to 10 banking days. However, if the customer already received his/her credit card billing statement, the reversal will reflect on the next billing statement.)
    3. Seat Reservations can be canceled 45 minutes before the selected movie screening date and time.
    4. The Cancel button is located on the lower part of the ClickTheCity eTicket.

    1. Movie tickets purchased are strictly non-cancellable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstances.
    2. Refunds will be provided only when the movie itself has been canceled/re-scheduled, or if the cinema(s) concerned will not be operating at the date stated in the purchased movie eTicket for any reason whatsoever.
    3. Refunds will be coursed through the respective medium by which the Purchaser bought the tickets (credit card). A non-refundable PHP 10.00 (Philippine Peso) convenience fee will be charged to your credit card for every ticket purchased.

    1. Movie tickets purchased are strictly non-cancelable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstance.
    2. Refunds will be provided only when the movie itself has been canceled or re-scheduled, or if the cinema(s) concerned will not be fully operating at the date and time stated in the purchased movie ticket.
    3. Refunds will be coursed thru the respective medium by which the purchaser bought the tickets (credit card) and subject to the procedure of the company and compliance with all requirements for such refund.
    4. A non-refundable convenience fee of PESOS: Twenty (PHP20.00) will be charged to your credit card for every ticket purchased via this website and the services offered.

  • Click ‘Update Mobile Number’
  • Enter your new Mobile Number, then click ‘Continue’, the Code will be sent via SMS
  • Enter your Confirmation Code, then click ‘Confirm’ button
  • Go to ClickTheCity.com, then sign-in to your account
  • Click your name on the upper-right, then click ‘Update Account’
  • After updating your account info, click ‘Update Account’
